Professor Paul Andon

Shaping the future of business,
from campus to C-suite

About me

I am an Interim Dean of UNSW Business School in Sydney, Australia, with over 25 years’ experience spanning academic leadership, large-scale education transformation and impactful research, delivered in close partnership with industry.

I believe leading business schools have a responsibility to shape how economic and societal value is created and shared. In today’s environment of technological disruption and global uncertainty, that responsibility has never mattered more.

At UNSW Business School, my leadership has focused on translating this responsibility into action: working with faculty and industry to reimagine business education for a rapidly changing economy, and delivering nationally significant policy impact through initiatives such as the expansion of UNSW’s Tax and Business Advisory Clinic.

Business schools must shape the future, not simply study it. From campus to C-suite, I am ambitious for how we can exercise that responsibility for better business practice, policy and leadership.
